1. CAN I COME WITHOUT A RESERVATION AND PAY ON THE SPOT?
No. Online reservation is mandatory. To book, you just have to choose your tour and pay online by Paypal or by CB with stripe or sum up. We remain available by email contact@walking.food.tours.com or by phone +33 783 456 260 to answer your questions.

Your good mood and your appetite. We’ll take care of the rest!
3. WE HAVE TO CANCEL, WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
You must contact us as soon as possible by email contact@walking.food.tours.com or by phone +33 783 456 260 . We will then proceed with your refund. Please note that we do not take any cancellations within the last 72 hours.
4. WE HAVE A SPECIAL DIET, CAN WE DO THE TOUR?
Of course you can! Just let us know about your dietary restrictions before the tour. We will then do our best to offer you an alternative. However, please note that the availability of alternative products depends on our artisans and may vary.
5. CAN WE DO A PRIVATE TOUR?
Yes, our private tours are available in English and French. Please contact us so that we can offer you a suitable solution.
6. ARE THESE FOOD TOURS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Children are welcome but we will spend time discovering, tasting and discussing the products. Please note that non adults must be accompanied by an adult and will not be allowed to participate in the alcohol tastings.
7. IN WHAT LANGUAGES ARE THE TOURS CONDUCTED?
Our tours are available in English, French and Mandarin, just let us know before the tour when you book.
8. IS THE TOUR ADAPTED TO PEOPLE FROM MARSEILLE AND AIX-EN-PROVENCE?
Of course it is! This is our challenge: to make you discover Marseille and Aix-en-Provence through gastronomy. You’ll be amazed at what you’ll discover.
9. WHAT DO WE DO IF IT RAINS?
It doesn’t matter if it’s windy, rainy or snowy, our tours will be insured.
10. HOW MUCH WALKING DO WE DO ON OUR TOURS?
We cover part of the historic center and the total distance covered is very small so everyone can join our tour. Please remember to wear comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing (temperatures can reach 40°C). In addition, all our tours are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
11. HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN A GROUP?
We limit our tours to a maximum of 12 people for greater comfort and conviviality!
12. IS THERE ACCESS TO THE RESTROOMS DURING THE TOUR?
Yes, you have access to the restrooms of the partner establishments throughout the tour.
13. WHERE IS THE MEETING POINT FOR THE TOURS ?
Marseille express 1h30 and Marseille 3h: Your guide will be waiting for you at the exit of the Vieux-Port- quai des Belges Metro station under Norman Foster’s metal umbrella, next to the fish stalls. I will have a flag bearer of the city of Marseille as a rallying sign.
Aix-en-Provence express 1h30 and Aix-en-Provence 3h: In front of Paul Cézanne’s fresco next to the tourist office, in front of the little train stop on the Place de la Rotonde
